After years of success and expansion, Garena recognized the need for a fresh and inspiring workspace that reflects their innovative spirit while maintaining continuity with their existing aesthetic. Thus, the decision to renovate their offices was born—a step towards creating a more engaging atmosphere for their talented team and partners alike.

The vision for Garena’s new interior is to seamlessly transition from their current ambiance, resonating with a sense of familiarity yet revitalized energy. The brief was straightforward yet captivating—an open ceiling design that encourages creativity and communication. Key elements include a curved reception counter, inviting meeting rooms adorned with minimalistic décor, and private rooms designed for focus and productivity. Each aspect has been carefully considered to embody Garena’s ethos of openness and collaboration while ensuring a polished and professional environment.

IDI team focused on preserving the essence of Garena’s original offices. This meant embracing the structure they had established while introducing subtle enhancements that would elevate the workspace. Our design featured a stylish reception counter, which acts as both a functional welcome point and a visual centerpiece. Complementing this are circular decorative lights that echo the curves found throughout the design, adding a touch of modern elegance. The end result seeks to harmonize the familiar with the new—creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors.

A standout feature of the new design is the strategic placement of walls and the reception desk. By positioning these elements diagonally, we utilize the abundance of natural light flooding the space and frame stunning views outside. This layout not only enhances the visual appeal of the office but invites a sense of movement and flow throughout the environment. The clever design also leads the eye towards the window views, reinforcing the connection with the outside world—a vital aspect in a field driven by constant innovation.

As one enters the working area, the feeling of openness and transparency is undeniable.
