As the Lunar New Year approaches, our team in different regions is gearing up for a special celebration to ring in the Year of the Dragon. This year, we wanted to take the opportunity to not only celebrate this auspicious occasion but also to highlight the diversity within our team.
With team members from various cultural backgrounds, we distributed unique and diverse goodies to symbolize Good Luck and a prosperous Year of Dragon. From traditional Chinese snacks like pineapple tarts and fortune cookies to locally made brownies and other treats, our goodie box was filled with a colourful array of flavours and aromas.
We also had a special lunch which included all team members from different ethnicities to enjoy a different range of cuisines.
At ID Integrated, we believe that diversity is our strength and that by embracing and honoring the unique backgrounds and perspectives of each team member, we can create a more inclusive and enriching work environment. This Lunar New Year lunch celebration served as a reminder of the value of multiculturalism and the beauty of unity in diversity.
